De-mineralized water systems can be used as separated solution for process water, boiler feed water and condensate polishing treatment or as polishing system after reverse osmosis (RO).
Design of De-mineralized system depends on chemical analysis of water.
- De – Ionizer (DI)
Demineralization cationic & anionic resin media is capable of reducing ions in water; these media could be regenerated by hydrochloric acid & sodium hydroxide.
- Mixed Bed Polishing (MB)
Mixed Bed cationic & anionic resin media capable of reducing ions in low TDS water, it is used for polishing after RO or DI systems
Regenerated or non regenerated (disposable) mixed bed could be applied
- Electro deionizer (EDI)
Electro deionizer (EDI) for produce highly de-mineralized water after RO systems by the action of electrical potential.
- Systems could be supplemented by Degassing or De-aeration System
- Systems are available as a container solution for cost reduction and to e ready for operation.
