The construction can vary from double pass reverse osmosis to single pass reverse osmosis with EDI, Mixed Bed or De-Ionizer for Purified water and double pass reverse osmosis with EDI for highly purified water.
All Components & Instrumentations are selected based on different sanitization methods (Chemical / Hot Sanitization)
A high microbial safety & control can be achieved using hygienic connections, SS 316L & dead leg free design
All plants are fully automated PLC with HMI, Scada or Visualization on PC.
